APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that Intervision Gaming (UK) Limited of, 283 Green Lanes, London N13 4XS, are applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for an Adult Gaming Centre at The Razz, Units 6 & 7, The Swan Centre, Chapel Street, Rugby CV21 3EB.The application has been made to Rugby Borough Council. Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application:• A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities • A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities • A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 27th March 2024. It is an offence, under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
