What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Artfarm Limited has applied to South Somerset District Council on 29 February 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Roth Bar, Durslade Farm, Dropping Lane, Bruton, Somerset, BA10 0NL.

For the provision of regulated entertainment (Live & Recorded Music and Anything of a similar description) from 09:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, and the sale by retail of alcohol from 09:00 to 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 09:00 to 00:00 Friday to Saturday, plus seasonal variations and non-standard timings, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Department, South Somerset District Council, Brympton Way, Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 2HT or by email to: licensing.south@somerset.gov.uk to be received by no later than 28 March 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.somerset.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
