TAKE NOTICE that we The Crumbly Cheese Limited have applied to Calderdale Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant/variation of a premises licence/club premises certificate in respect of premises known as Goo Cheese, 2 Carlton Chambers, Albert Street, Hebden Bridge, HX7 8ES
For The sale by retail of Alcohol / Supply for consumption on premises only. Monday 12:00 to 16:00, Tuesday 12:00 to 16:00, Wednesday 12:00 to 20:00, Thursday 12:00 to 20:00, Friday 12:00 to 20:00, Saturday 12:00 to 20:00, Sunday 12:00 to 18:00
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Application may be viewed on our Public Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 26 March 2024
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knwoingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
