00.00–00.00. Any representations
must be given in writing to Licensing
Office, Flint St Depot, Flint St, Fartown,
Huddersfield HD1 6LG or by email to
licensing@kirklees.gov.uk no later than
28.03.24. A copy of the application
can be viewed at the Licensing Office
or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/
licensing It is an offence for anyone
to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an
application and the maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is unlimited.
