What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Butlins Skyline Limited is applying to vary the premises licence for Butlins Resort Minehead, Warren Road, Minehead, TA24 5SH.

The proposed variation is: 1. To vary the layout of the venue known as Studio 36 and the adjacent dispense bar only, in accordance with plan supplied by the applicant. There are no changes to the layout of any other licensed areas (save for where there is an existing application pending to vary the layout in respect of the venue known as The Beachcomber, in which case there are no changes to the amended plan proposed for this venue under the previous variation application issued) and all other existing licensing plans are to remain as existing and attached to the premises licence. 2. Amend name of the premises to be ‘Studio 36’ wherever referenced on premises licence. Permitted hours and licensable activities remain as existing.

wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give
notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of
objection by 1st April 2024. Representations can be made online on the
object to a licensing application’ page on the council website, or by email
to somersetwestenquiries@somerset.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on
conviction should such a false statement be made.
