01.00. Opening Hours are Sun - Thurs 08.00 - 00.30, Fri &
Sat 08.00 - 03.00. Representations to this application must
be made in writing by the end of 28th March 2024 to Halton
Borough Council, Licensing Section, Municipal
Building, Kingsway, Widnes, WA8 7QF or by E-mail to
legalservices@halton.gov.uk The register of licensing
applications can be inspected at the above address
between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at
www.halton.gov.uk It is an offence on summary
conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application.
