NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by: Roadside Attractions Limited to North East Lincolnshire Council in respect of the premises known as: The Warehouse which are situated at: 215 North Promenade, Cleethorpes, DN35 8SJ The details of the proposed licensable activities and times of operation are as follows: Supply of Alcohol (on and off sales) Late Night Refreshment / Live and Recorded Music / Performance of Dance, Provision of Plays and Films / Provision of Boxing & Wrestling / Anything of similar in description
Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 01:30 hours You may inspect the application at the offices of The Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council, Doughty Road Depot, Doughty Road, Grimsby, DN32 0LL. Telephone (01472) 326299 or email licensing@nelincs.gov.uk during normal office hours, (by appointment only). Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by: 25 March 2024
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
