NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that we The Ship Aground Ltd
of 3-4 Lichfield Road, Stafford, ST17 4JX has made an
application for a Full Premises Licence Variation
for the Sale of Alcohol & Regulated Entertainment,
Amendments to Licensable Areas & Amendments to
Conditions. For the following days/hour Monday-Sunday
10:00-00:00.
Adding additional rooms to the licensable areas
Amendment to the CCTV Schedule
Amendment to licensable activities and times
Any persons wishing to make comments must do so in
writing to the Licensing Officer, Stafford Borough Council,
Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ within 28 days
from the date of this notice. Applications can be viewed
during normal office hours at the above address.
Dated this the 27th Day of February 2024
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application and the maximum
fine for which a person is liable on conviction for the
offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
