THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Hardas Viram Keshwala is applying for a Premises Licence
at Budgens, Block C, Soho Wharf, Birmingham B18 7QL
If GRANTED the application will allow:
Sales of Alcohol OFF the Premises
Monday – Sunday 07:00 – 23:00

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in
writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or
alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation &
Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ.
Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the
date of this notice ,by midnight on 26th March 2024.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003,
to make a false statement in or in connection with this
application. Those who make a false statement may be
liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
