Knockerdown Inn - Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Henfox Limited intends to apply for a variation of
a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Knockerdown Inn
Knockerdown Ashbourne DE6 1NQ. The variation proposed is as follows:-
- To amend the layout plan for the premises to include the outdoor area into the
licensable area of the premises. - To add New Year’s Eve non-standard timings to
all licensable activities. - To amend condition 4(a) in relation to children access,
please refer to application for full details. A copy of the Application can be
inspected at the offices of Derbyshire Dales District Council Licensing Authority,
Derbyshire Dales District Council Town Hall, Bank Road Matlock DE4 3NN
www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was
lodged with Derbyshire Dales District Council Licensing Authority on 23/02/2024
and any representations must be made in writing to Derbyshire Dales District
Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 22/03/2024. It is
an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement
in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may
