Any representations must be made in writing no later than 25.03.24 to Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, Bury Council, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke St, Bury BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@ bury.gov.uk The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am - 4pm Mon – Fri or by going to the councils licensing register at https://licensing.bury.gov. uk/PAforLalpacLIVE/1/WcaHome It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is unlimited.
