Application for a Major Variation to a Premises Licence

An application has been made by Diageo Great Britain Ltd for a major variation to a premises licence at The Old Brewer’s Yard Basement and 5 Langley Street, London WC2H 9JA.

The application provides for the extension of the basement area to accommodate additional seating for private events and functions and rearrangement of the ground floor bar

Representations may be made by interested parties and Responsible Authorities to the licensing authority at Licensing Service 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP. Any representations relating to the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, or at licensing@westminster.gov.uk by no later than the 19th March 2024

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited
