Application details, guidance on making a representation and a form which may be used to submit representations can be found on the Council’s website at www.shropshire.gov.uk/licensing or at the above address during normal office hours by arrangement with the Licensing Team Dated: 23rd February 2024 It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
