LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF
APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited has applied
for a PREMISES LICENCE for Anfield Major Events, at Anfield Stadium, Anfield
Road, Liverpool L4 0TH. To Permit the following licensable activities, in accordance
with planning permission authorising up to 6 concerts or other major events in
a calendar year (with no concert or major event to take place during July), the
playing of live music, recorded music, performance of dance, films and plays and
activities of similar type and the playing of indoor sport and boxing and wrestling
with the basic hours of between 09.00 and 23.00 on any day from Monday to
Sunday with non-standard timing permitting two major events (but not concerts)
to be licensable to 23.30 and the use of indoor areas until 01.00 the next day.
Replacing the existing Premises Licence to incorporate primarily the changes
to the Anfield Road Stand. You can view a record of the application and make a
representation on it at - liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations alternatively
ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the
application. Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council,
Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH.
Representations must be received no later than the 26th March 2024 lt is an offence
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection - with
an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction
should such a false statement be made. Dated 28th February 2024.
