NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES
LICENCE, UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003
Lansdown Golf Club applied to Bath & North East
Somerset Council on 19/02/2024 for a licence to use the
premises at Lansdown Golf Club, Lansdown, Bath, BA1
9BT for:
The sale by retail of alcohol (on and off premises) and the
playing of recording music from Monday-Sunday between
7am and 1am.
The performance of plays, dance, films and indoor sporting
events on Monday-Sunday between 10am and 12am.
The playing of live music on Monday-Sunday from between
10am-1am.
For the sale of late-night refreshment on Monday - Sunday
from between 11pm - 1am.
Notification of the application made to the Licensing
Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/
licensing-register.

Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting
should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to

application and is subject to a fine of any amount
on summary conviction for the offence.
