Notice of application to vary an Adult Gaming Centre Premises Licence under The Gambling Act 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Iludo82 Limited of the following address: Warren House, The Salterns, Tenby, SA70 7NJ is applying under section 187(1)(c) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary an Adult Gaming Centre Premises Licence issued under the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Be Lucky, 82-84 High Street, Cheltenham, GL50 1EG. The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to extend the gaming machine area. The application for a variation of an Adult Gaming Centre Premises Licence has been made to the following licensing authority: Cheltenham Borough Council, Licensing Team, PO Box 12, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, GL50 1PP - licensing@cheltenham.gov.uk

Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities.
Aperson who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date to the above address: 20 March 2024

 It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
