What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that I/We Rebecca + Ian Sheveling have applied to North Yorkshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Bay Vineyard, Green Hills Farm, Robin Hoods Bay, YO22 4PJ
The proposed licensable activities are:
Sale of Alcohol 09:00 – 23.30 7 days a week
Recorded Music 09:00 – 23:30 7 dys a week
Live Music 09:00 – 23:30 7 days a week
Any representations regarding the above mentioned applcation must be received in writing by North Yorkshire Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG. No later than 21st March 2024 stating the grounds for the representation.
The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the North Yorkshire Council office at the address given above during the normal business hours, or on the councils website – North Yorkshire Council (Scarborough area) – Licensing Services
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
