What is proposed?


NOTICE is given that I, Mr Wan Chang She, have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence in issued to the Red Lion, Red Lion Yard, off Bridgegate, Rotherham S60 1PN.
The application seeks consent to vary the Premises Licence so as to:
1. Extended the permitted hours so as to allow the:
 Playing of recorded music (Indoors) on every day of the week between 11:00 hours and 03:30 hours on the following day; and
 Sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption ON and OFF the premises) on every day of the week between 11:00 hours and 03:30 hours  on the following day.
2. Remove the condition that prohibits out door drinking, so as to allow customers to drink outside of the premises.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
