Limited for the grant of a Premises Licence for
Hotel Chocolat, 4 West Street, Horsham, RH12
1PB. The application seeks to allow the following
Licensable Activity: Sale by retail of alcohol for
consumption on and off the premises
• Monday to Saturday – 08:30hrs to 22:00hrs
• Sunday – 10:30hrs to 20:00hrs

1RL. You can also contact the Alcohol Licensing

Representations can be made at any time between
23rd February 2024 and 21st March 2024. All
representations must be in writing, including email,
for the attention of the Alcohol Licensing Officer.
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly
make a false statement in connection with a
licensing application. The maximum fine on
conviction is £5000.00.
