Notice is hereby given that PVR Stores Ltd has
applied to North Yorkshire Council for a premises
licence as follows: 1) Opening hours & off sales of
alcohol Monday to Sunday 06:00 to 23:00.
The application can be inspected at: Licensing,
North Yorkshire Council, Civic Centre, St Luke’s
Avenue, Harrogate HG1 2AE. Email: licensing.
har@northyorks.gov.uk. Any person wishing to
submit relevant representations to this application
must give notice in writing to the address to North
Yorkshire Council Licensing Team at P.O Box 787,
HG1 9RW by: 20th March 2024.
It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited
fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with this application.
