Notice is given that we, NEDA Peterborough Ltd, have on the 15th February 2024 applied to Peterborough City Council as the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for Berneliu Uzeiga, 10a Park Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE1 2TD. Licensable Activities applied for : Live Music: Friday-Saturday 11:00pm to 12:00am Recorded Music: Friday-Saturday 11:00pm to 12:00am Late Night
Refreshment: Friday- Saturday 11:00pm to 01:00am Alcohol ‘On’ Sales: Monday-Thursday, Sunday 11:00am-10:30pm Friday-Saturday 11:00am – 12:30am.
Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 14th March 2024. Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
