NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that J B Doors Holdings Limited have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the Gaslamp Brasserie & Bar, 131 Bawtry Road, Wickersley, Rotherham S66 2BW.
The application seeks consent to allow the sale of alcohol, for consumption on the premises, the provision of live & recorded music (indoors) and the supply of late night refreshment (indoors) on every day of the week between 09:00 hours and 24:00 hours (midnight).
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to licensing@rotherham.gov.uk
The last date for the receipt of representations is 22 nd March 2024 Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s website,

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
