NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
ISSUED UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is given that I, Nicholas Lancaster, have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence issued to Ring O Bells Store, Roughwood Road, Kimberworth Park, Rotherham S61 3RE
The application seeks consent to vary the authorised hours of Premises Licence to allow the sale of alcohol, for consumption of the premises, on each of the days Monday to
Saturday between 05:00 hours and 21:00 hours; and on Sunday between 07:00 hours and 21:00 hours.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to
licensing@rotherham.gov.uk
The last date for the receipt of representations is 19th March 2024.
Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s
website, www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
