What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a premises licence is hereby given that Rebecca Dilworth & Anthony Kearney of, Unit 1, Candy Park, New Chester Road, Bromborough, CH62 3PE have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: AU Boozers for the following Licensable Activities: Sale of Alcohol Mon-Sun 24hrs. A copy of the application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 15/03/24.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
