What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer Simply Foods Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Guildford Borough Council for a Premises Licence at Marks & Spencer Simply Food, Unit 3, Ladymead Retail Park, Guildford GU1 1AJ. The application includes the following terms:- To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0600 to 0000 hours each day. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Guildford Borough Council, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford, Surrey GU2 4BB during office hours or on the website at www.guildford.gov.uk/la03applications email by e-mail to licensing@guildford.gov.uk A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 25 March 2024 (www.guildford.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
