What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Away Resorts Ltd to the Licensing Authority of North East Lincolnshire Council to vary the Premises Licence for Cleethorpes Pearl, 208 North Sea Lane, Cleethorpes DN36 4ET. The application includes the following terms:- Variation to approve changes to the filed plan relocating the shop. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at North East Lincolnshire Council, Regulation and Enforcement Services, Doughty Road Depot, Doughty Road, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire DN32 0LL during normal office hours or online email licensing@nelincs.gov.uk A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 20 March 2024 (www.nelincs.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
