Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence
under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Red Mist Leisure Limited in
respect of Premises known as The Exchequer, Crondall
Road, Crookham Village, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 5SU
applied to Hart District Council for a Variation of a Premises
Licence. The proposed variation is to permit the premises
to open to the public and sell alcohol for consumption on
and off the premises from 0900 every day and to remove
embedded restrictions relating to the hours alcohol can be
sold on the premises on Good Friday, Christmas Day and
New Years Day. There is to be no change to the terminal
hour for sale of alcohol or opening hours of the premises.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by Shared Licensing
Service, Hart District Council, Civic Offices, Harlington
Way, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 4AE or by e-mail to
hartlicensing@basingstoke.gov.uk no later than 19 March
2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of
Hart District Council and the record of the application may
be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council’s website -
www.hart.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
