What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Section 17(5)

Notice is hereby given that Pradip Aryal has applied in respect of 101 High Street, Colchester, CO1 1TH, for a premises licence under the licensing act 2003 to allow for a restaurant with on-premises sale of alcohol. Representations to this application must be made online by 19/03/2024, using the following link Current Licensing Applications or in writing to licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk or the licensing authority, Colchester City Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester City Council at Rowan House, Colchester or online at www.colchester.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
