APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: Ember, Zone 6, Stables @ Sheepfolds, Easington Street, Sunderland SR5 1BA. Notice is given that Ember Restaurants

Limited applied to Sunderland City Council on 21st February 2024 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:- Films, live and recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar to music and dancing from 0800 to 0300 hours daily. Late night refreshment from 2300 to 0300 hours daily. Supply of alcohol from 1000 to 0300 hours daily. Seasonal variations and non-standard timings apply as set out in the application. The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland SR1 3AA. A record of the application may be inspected by appointment only during the hours Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00 at the Customer Services Centre, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland SR1 3AA. To make an appointment email licensing@sunderland.gov.uk Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council or by emailing licensing@sunderland.gov.uk no later than 21st March 2024. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
