Application for Variation of Premises Licence

We, Moonlight Bar and Restaurant Ltd hereby make application for a Variation of Premises Licence in respect of Moonlight Bar and Restaurant Ltd, 13-17 Alexandra Street, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 1BX.

The variation which is being proposed is add the following licensable activity to the premises licence: The Sale by Retail of Alcohol (On/Off Sales) Monday-Sunday 10:00-02:00.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 06/03/2024. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13),Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, SS2 6ZG or email to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am - 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
