LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th February 2024, T.J. Morris Brewing Limited applied to Liverpool City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Love Lane Brewery & Kitchen, 62-64 Bridgewater Street, Liverpool L1 0AR. The proposed variation is;- 1. To extend the terminal hours for all licensable activities permitted by the premises licence for 2300 to 0100 every day. 2. To permit the provision of late night refreshment from 2300 to 0100 every day. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH or by email to licensingact2003@liverpool.gov.uk no later than 18th March 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
