LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 21st February 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Preston City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS North End S/Stn, Blackpool Road, Preston PR1 6UY. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Authority, Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston PR1 2RL no later than the 20th March 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Preston City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours or at www.preston.gov.uk Click on Licensing then public register. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
