NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR  A PREMISES LICENCE
 

ASMARINO CAFE, 138A SEVEN SISTERS ROAD, LONDON N7 7NS. Notice is given that Asmarino Cafe has applied to Islington Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.  

The proposed licensable activities are: the Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises from 11.00 to 23.00 Monday to Sunday as more particularly set out in the application.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Licensing Support Team, Public Protection and Development Management, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR. Representations must be received no later than 22nd March 2024 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
