LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th February 2024 Euro Garages
Limited applied to Newcastle City Council for a Premises Licence in respect
of premises Asda Express PFS St James Park, 21 Barrack Road, Newcastle
Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear NE4 6BA. The proposed licensable activities are;-
1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours
of 06.00 to 24.00 hours. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays
to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 to 05.00. Any representations by a
responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be
received in writing by;- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public
Safety and Regulations, Civic Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 8QH no
later than the 19th March 2024 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Newcastle City Council and the record of the application
may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or at
https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to
make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
