Notice is hereby given that Sticks 'N' Sushi UK Limited has applied to London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Sticks 'n' Sushi, Unit 1, 80 George Street, Richmond Upon Thames, TW9 1HE. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The Sale of Alcohol by Retail (for consumption on and off the premises) 10:00 until 23:00 Mondays to Thursdays, 10:00 until 23:30 Fridays to Saturdays and 10:00 until 22:30 Sundays and 10:00 until 00:00 on the Sundays prior to a bank holiday Monday Late Night Refreshment 23:00 until 23:30 Fridays to Saturdays and 23:00 until 00:00 on the Sundays prior to a bank holiday Monday Opening hours 08:00 until 23:30 Mondays to Thursdays, 08:00 until 00:00 Fridays to Saturdays and 08:00 until 23:00 Sundays and 08:00 until 00:30 on the Sundays prior to a bank holiday Monday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email to: licensing@merton.gov.uk no later than 14th March 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.richmond.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
