NOTICE OF APPLICATION FORTHE GRANT OFA PREMISES LICENCE

Live Nation (Music) UK Ltd hereby gives notice that it has applied to Southampton City Council for the GRANT of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 as follows:

The Guildhall Square Southampton Summer Sessions, 02 Guildhall and Square, Civic Centre and Guildhall Square, Civic Centre Road, Southampton SO14 7LT.

The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:

regulated entertainment in the form of plays; film exhibitions; live and recorded music; dance performance and activities of a similar description to live and recorded music or dance performance and the sale and supply of alcohol for consumption or the premises, all activities from 17.00 until 22.30 each day.

The Licence is to be restricted to 12 event days per annum and for a capacity of 4,999 per event day.

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council and the statutory register may be inspected at their Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09.00 and 12.00 or between 14.00 and 16.00 Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register.

Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY,via Public Access (www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register) or licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by them between 19th February 2024 and 18th March 2024 inclusive.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine of any amount
