What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Italika Limited has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 09 February 2024 to vary the premises liana at Cafe Brera Kiosk & Terrace, CS4 Kiosk, 15 Cabot Square, London, E14 4QT so as to extend the terminal hour for sale of alcohol and late night refreshment to 01:00 Sunday to Tuesday, 02:00 Wednesday to Thursday and 03:00 Friday to Saturdays; extend the provision of regulated entertainment (Recorded Music) to 01:00 Saturday & Sunday; extend opening hours to 30 minutes beyond permitted hours; and include additional conditions to address licensing objectives; as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: LBTH Licensing Team, Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ or by email to: Licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk to be received by no later than 08 March 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Counsil’s website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2083, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises liana and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
