What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 16th February 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to St Helens Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Sherdley Park, 103 St Helens Linkway, St Helens WA9 5DT. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application can be submitted on line on the St Helens Council website via https://publicaccess.sthelens.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=simple&searchType=LicencingApplication no later than the 15th March 2024 stating the grounds for representations. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
