What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003, Notice for a new Premises Licence

Application is made by Joao Alexandre Neto & Nacha Nduli for Unit 3 Function Room, Ground Floor, 44 Higher Ardwick, M12 6DA

for: Regulated entertainment (plays, live music, recorded music, performances of dance): Mon to Thu 11am-11pm, Fri & Sat 11am-2am, Sun 11am- midnight To take place indoors only.

Provision of late-night refreshment: Fri to Sat 11pm-2am, Sun 11pm- midnight. To take place indoors only.

The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Mon to Thu 4pm- 11pm, Fri to Sat 4pm- 2am, Sun 4pmmidnight.

Representations shall be made in writing to Manchester City Council, Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA, or by e-mail to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk on or before: 19/03/2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
