We MK Lounge Ltd give notice that we have applied to
Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for variation of
Premises Licence in respect of MK Lounge -11 Omaha
Road - Bodmin, Cornwall, PL31 1ES
The application is to: The application seeks to extent the
following Activities on Saturday: Sale of Alcohol (ON
Licence) from 00:00 to 01:00 am; Extent the Late-Night
Refreshment (ON Licence) from 23:00 Until 01:00 Am
and Relevant Entertainment from 23:00 Until 01:00
AM. Closing the facilities at 01:30 AM, and change the
description of the premises from Members Club to
Restaurant and Tapas Bar. No other changes

maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
