NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: Plot 2 (to be known as Burger King), Stansted EV Charging and Drive Thru Facility,Thremhall Avenue, Nr Coopers End Roundabout, Stansted Airport, Stansted, CM24 1PY. Notice is given that Select Service Partner Ltd has applied to Uttlesford District Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.The proposed licensable activity is:The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 until 05.00 daily.Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to Licensing Uttlesford Council, London Road, Saffron Walden, Essex,CB11 4ER.Representations must be received by 21 March 2024. The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.uttlesford.gov.uk.
It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false state- ment in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
