LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th of February 2024 Euro Garages
Limited applied to Birmingham City Council for a Premises Licence in respect
of premises Asda Express PFS Sparkhill, 636 Stratford Road, Birmingham B11
4AR. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on
Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late
night refreshment (limited to the provision of hot drinks only) on Mondays to
Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a
responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be
received in writing preferably by email to; licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or
alternatively by post to General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement PO Box
17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ no later than the 13th March 2024 stating the
grounds for representations. The register of Birmingham City Council and the
record of the application may be inspected by accessing the Licensing Act 2003
public register at www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing It is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine
for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
