What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Askern Music Festival Ltd have
applied to Doncaster Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of Premises known as Askern Music
Festival, Askern Events Field, Askern, Doncaster, DN6
0AA. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. The provision of live music, recorded music and sale of
alcohol (on only) from 1100 to 2300 Friday to Sunday
inclusive. 2. The opening hours are 1100 to 2320 Friday to
Sunday inclusive. Any representations by an interested

party or responsible authority regarding the above-
mentioned application must be received in writing by The

Licensing Department, Doncaster Council, The Civic
Offices, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU
(licensing@doncaster.gov.uk) no later than 8th March 2024
stating the grounds for objection. The register of Doncaster
Council and the record of the application may be inspected
at the address of the council, given above, during normal
business hours or on the council's website.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
