LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, GRUPO LEISURE LTD of 15a Hallgate, Doncaster, DN1 3NA on 12 February 2024 made application to Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council being the licensing authority for the purpose of section
2 of the above Act, to use the premises situated at and known as Mood Lounge, 44 Hall Gate, Doncaster, DN1 3NR as a Sex Establishment. (Previously known as Bentleys).
Any person objecting to the application must give notice in writing of such objection to the said Council, Licensing Department, Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council, Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU or by email to licensing@doncaster.gov.uk stating in general terms the grounds of such objection, not later than 29 days after the day of 14 February 2024, being the date of the application.
