PROPOSAL OF APPLICATION NOTICE
Change of Use of Agricultural Land to Form Extension to Caravan Park to Accommodate Static Pitches (for Holiday Use) and Associated Caravan Sales Area including Construction of Internal Roads, Landscaping and Site Infrastructure at Land South of St Andrews Holiday Park
A second public exhibition will be held on Thursday 7 March 2024 between 3pm and 7pm at The Braes Bar & Restaurant, St Andrews Holiday Park, KY16 8PX to allow interested parties to view, and comment on the above proposal.

Interested parties wishing to make comments on the proposal may do so in writing or by email to Montgomery Forgan Associates at the above address. Comments should arrive no later than Monday 18 March 2024.
Please note: no planning application has yet been submitted to Fife Council in relation to this proposal. Any comments made to Montgomery Forgan Associates are not representations to Fife Council and will not be considered by Fife Council as part of any future planning application. Should Abbeyford Leisure Ltd subsequently submit a planning application, there will be an opportunity to make representations on the planning application directly to Fife Council.
