What is proposed?
Application for a Variation of a Premises Licence
TAKE NOTE that an application for a Variation of a
Premises Licence has been made to Bedford Borough
Council by Live Nation (Music) UK Ltd in respect of
premises known as Bedford Park, Park Avenue, Bedford
MK41 7SS (Premises Licence No: BBC/PNEW/494/20).
The application is to vary a condition in Annex 2 on the
existing licence relating to the music noise level for the
fourth concert day. To be amended to the following: “The
Music Noise Level (MNL) should not exceed 65 dB(A)
over a 15 minute period when measured 1 metre from the
façade of any noise sensitive premises.” ANY PERSON
wishing to make any representation to the application
should write to the Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough
Council, Borough Hall, Caudwell Street, Bedford MK42
9AP specifying the grounds for making representations.
Interested parties or responsible authorities may make
written representations, these should be sent to the
Licensing Authority starting on the day after the day on
which the application was given to the Council. Date of
application submitted to the Council: 19th February 2024.

connection with this application. Any person making a
false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a
fine of any amount.
