Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Take notice that on 9th February 2024 I, Humaira Raiz Of Huma Retails Ltd, made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises Londis Unit A & B Chestnut House Thornton Road Fulford York YO19 4AD

The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk. Representations must be received by no later than 8th March 2024 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made. Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows: - sale by retail of alcohol OFF the Premises Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 23:00 Hours of Opening Monday Sunday 07:00 - 23:00

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
