APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF
A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to vary a Premises Licence under the above mentioned legislation has been made by LAVER LEISURE LTD to East Lindsey District Council in respect of the premises know as THE SANDS which are situated at Golden Sands Holiday Park, Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells, Skegness, PE25 1LX.
A brief description of the proposed variation , is as follows: Relocation of Arcade, resulting in larger show bar seating area.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey district Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LM9 6PH by prior appointment during normal office hours.
Amy representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey district council at the above address by 19/03/2024
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
