Public Notice Section 17, Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th February 2024 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a premises licence.
The application is in respect of a marquee situated at Bluestone Resort grounds, The Grange, Canaston Bridge, Narberth. SA67 8DE and can be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements, or on the council’s website at www.pembrokeshire. gov.uk/licensing.
The application relates to live and recorded music, performance of dance, late night refreshments and the sale of alcohol on the 5th and 6th July 2024 and for a similar period during the summer of 2025.
Representations in respect of the application must be made to the Licensing Manager, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@ pembrokeshire.gov.uk Those representations must be made in writing by 13th March 2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
