LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

 An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Mukesh Kumar Chopra to City of Wolverhampton Council in respect of premises known as The New India Gates which are situated at 6-8 Mount Pleasant, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV14 7LJ The application is as follows: Live Music: Monday to Sunday 1200 to 2230 hours Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Anything similar to Music or Dance, Supply of Alcohol on the premises: Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2300 hours The above application for a Premises Licence may be inspected via a prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email Licensing@wolverhampton. gov.uk Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to: Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH or electronically to Licensing@ wolverhampton.gov.uk by 13 March 2024 It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
